This page explains how OfficeASAP customers agree to receive a text message from us, what we send, and how to stop.

Text messages come from OfficeASAP (officeasap.com) and are sent from our toll-free number +1 (888) 502-2182, the same number customers call for sales.

Customers opt in by voice, during a phone call that they place to our sales line:

1. The customer calls +1 (888) 502-2182 and presses 1 for Sales. The call opens with the notice: “This call may be recorded.”
2. When the customer wants to buy a product, or asks for a price quote, our sales assistant offers to text them the link, for example: “Want me to text you the link right now?”
3. We send the text only after the customer says yes, and only to the mobile number they are calling from. If they say no, or their number cannot receive texts, we offer to email the link instead and no text is sent.
4. The call is recorded and logged together with the request, so the customer’s spoken consent is kept on record.

We never text anyone who has not asked for it during their call. We do not buy, rent or collect phone numbers from any other source.

One text message with the link the customer asked for: a secure checkout link for the product they chose, or the link to their price quote. For example:

OfficeASAP: here is your link for Office 2021 Professional: https://officeasap.com/pay/AbCd2345 Reply STOP to opt out.

These are one-time messages sent in reply to the customer’s own request. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

One message per request, usually one per call. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any of our texts to opt out, and you will receive no further text messages from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 (888) 502-2182.
